Cancellation policy

• The guest may cancel free of charge no later than 5 days before the start of the stay (inclusive).
• For cancellations less than 5 days before arrival (inclusive) or in case of no-show, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total stay price applies.
• Changes or cancellations must be made exclusively via the platform where the booking was created (e.g., Booking.com, Airbnb).
• For direct bookings via the host’s website, changes or cancellations must be requested by email: info@moserapartment.cz.
